Bad title, I know. I was stuck for names.
I don't think I've ever finished off something that I've posted a WIP of before. Le gasp!
But I did! And I'm glad that I did!
Inspired by Panic at the Disco, actually.

I was inspired mainly by "...your eyes are the size of the moon". I wanted to draw the moon's reflection in someone's eyes...
I was bored and was listening to this song on my phone, and was thinking of a boy and a girl cartwheeling and back-flipping around in this empty street whilst it was snowing... And the kissed, once or twice.
The girl in my imagination did have a black and white scarf, and green eyes, come to think of it, but it somehow didn't quite fit the girl when I got it down in photoshop.
Beautiful song. Always gets me in a good mood.

I drew both the original and the full one!
Just thought I'd point that out, 'cos with the "original" it seems like I just added some effects to someone elses work.
Tools: Adobe Photoshop, cheap paper, cheap mechanical pencil. =_=
