why does your pikachu have a boy tail? if it's a girl it should have a heart-shaped tail

They only introduced heart-shaped tails in the 4th generation, all the Pikachu's before that had regular lightning bolt tails, male or female (look at the female Pikachu's in Pokemon Special for example, the Kanto ones have lightning tails)
